Piano Technician Seminar Lodging 2026
March 26 -28, 2026 (with Early Arrival Options on March 24 or 25)
CWU Conference Services has limited lodging space available for guests of Piano Technician Seminar. Rooms are single to double occupancy and consist of twin beds, a small microwave and mini fridge. Bathrooms are located on each floor and shared. Bedding and towels are provided but there is no daily towel change or maid service. There is no elevator in the building and guests may be required to use the stairs for access to sleeping rooms. Conference Services has limited ADA accommodations. Please make your ADA requests 10 days in advance to ensure availability.
Guests under 18 years of age are required to have parent(s) or guardian supervision to stay. Parent(s) or guardian must stay overnight in the halls with their youth to provide supervision. Conference Services is not responsible to provide supervision to any student or minor during their stay. The recommended ratio of youth to chaperones at CWU is 10 minors per 1 chaperone. There are no RA’s or on call personnel in the residence halls.
The Conference Services Office hours are 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
RATES
Lodging cost is $84.00 per night per room. Reservation is required and must be pre-paid.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds will be given when cancellations are submitted 72 hours prior to the on-campus arrival date. Your cancellation request will be reviewed by the Conference Services office during hours of operation. You will be contacted at the email address you have provided within 48 hours if there is and any applicable refund amount due to you. All payments will be forfeited if reservation is not cancelled in time. No refund will be allowed for unused lodging after check in. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing. CHECK IN
Check in is between the hours of 10 AM – 4 PM on weekdays, at the Student Union Information Desk. You may arrange with a designee to pick up room keys if you are arriving after 4 PM, or on a weekend.
CHECK OUT
Check out time is by 11 AM on the departure date. A $65 fee will be assessed per key for any keys that are not returned by this time.

MEALS

CAMPUS INTERNET
While the CWU campus is equipped with Wi-Fi, CWU Conference Services does not provide or manage internet access, nor do we guarantee internet access as part of the lodging package. Please contact the IS Service Desk at (509) 963-2001 for questions concerning internet and Wi-Fi connectivity.
HOLD HARMLESS STATEMENT
I hereby acknowledge that I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the State of Washington, the University, its Board of Trustees, officers, agents and employees from any and all claims and losses accruing or resulting to any person, property, firm or corporation who may be injured or damaged during the durations of my lodging. I will return all keys at check-out time to the Conference Services office. I understand there will be a lost key charge of $65 per key if I fail to return any key and payment will be required when I check out.
